Support for Internet Explorer 10  

New version of PIEPR has beed submitted. It has a fully featured support for Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10. IE 10 implements a brand-new password storage scheme, not compatible with older versions. All passwords are encrypted using DPAPI and stored in user's Vault now. Vault is a special protected storage for different kind of passwords.

Despite many improvements, Internet Explorer 10 password storage algorithm is a step-back compared to one used in IE 7-9.
